SPICE recognizes the need for long-term viability, sustainability and capacity building as part of a Co-op’s business practices and values, that managing our housing communities is a big task, which is becoming increasingly complex, and that every housing community is unique in its values, its challenges, and its strengths.

We do things differently in many ways from a customized service delivery model suited for the Co-ops needs based on agreed outcomes to how we consider a new client and develop a bid. Each Co-op's delivery model is unique with SPICE managing and the board governing. We are deeply passionate about the success of everyone we work with and it shows in everything we do.
